Happy days, I spent a week with my man in the Peak District. I love this part of the UK, and in fall the colors are particularly pretty. We rented a cottage in Foolow, Hope Valley. In this first post I want to share the photos I made in the triangle Foolow-Eyam-Bretton.
I bought a map from Ordnance Survey, and I was happy to see that they have digitised their service. The paper map comes with a code which you can use to download a map in the OS App. With the app not only can you view the map on your mobile, you can also plan routes before, and record routes during a walk. So I recorded my walks in Bretton Clough and from Eyam:
Here are the photos from the Bretton walk, I don’t know what I enjoyed more, the funny sheep, the beautiful trees or the splendid views:
Confetti trees:
These next set were made during a short walk from Eyam to Foolow. Not as sunny, but some beautiful cloudy skies:
More to come soon, thanks for reading!
