Fall is approaching fast, we are in the last weeks of summer. But luckily we had some wonderful sunny days left. And august also brings a bit of extra colour with the blooming heather.
In this post I combined a few photos from two different mornings. One was very sunny, and I couldn’t stop making classic sunstar-through-the-trees photos. Another morning was less sunny, I visited the Posbank which is a large hilly heather field, and it started grey and dull. But after two hours the sun seem to gain some momentum over the clouds, so the light improved. At least the colour purple was very present!
But first a few sun-dominated photos from the Amerongse Bos, which is not completely heather-free, but it’s a bit more subtle.
